We’ll automatically check whether the address is within our local delivery area and show the available delivery option and fee at checkout.
4. We Prepare Your Gift ❤️
Your order is carefully packed and prepared for delivery.
5. Your Gift Is Delivered 🎉
We’ll deliver your Phatto Box directly to the delivery address provided with your order.

Delivery Area 📍
We currently provide local delivery within approximately 50 km of our delivery location, covering Greater Montréal and surrounding areas.
Delivery availability is determined by the delivery address entered during checkout.
If an address is outside our current delivery area, please contact us before placing your order.
Important Delivery Information
Please make sure the recipient’s name, delivery address, apartment/unit number and contact information are correct before completing your order.
For apartment buildings, condos, offices, hospitals, schools or other locations with restricted access, additional delivery instructions may be required.
If the recipient cannot be reached or the delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect or incomplete information, additional delivery charges may apply for another delivery attempt.
